Job description

Who We Are

Corporate Treasury lies at the heart of Goldman Sachs, ensuring all businesses have the appropriate level of funding to conduct their activities, while also optimizing the firm's liquidity, managing its risk, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Our Corporate Treasury Engineering team is a world leader in developing quantitative techniques and technological solutions that solve complex commercial business problems. We partner with our firm's Treasurer and other members of Corporate Treasury senior leadership to manage the firm's liquidity risk, secured and unsecured funding programs, the level and composition of consolidated and subsidiary equity capital, and to invest any excess liquidity. An exciting confluence of computer science, finance, and mathematics is used to deliver what our shareholders expect - a high return for the right risk taken.

The GS Bank Engineering team is responsible for supporting Cross Product Regulatory Controls for GS Bank. An ever-evolving business and regulatory environment demands ongoing innovation to maintain scalable solutions in a changing world.

Working directly with compliance and legal teams, we gather requirements and provide solutions that meet dynamic business and regulatory demands.

We use a modern tech stack including MongoDB, Kafka, Spring Boot microservices, Kubernetes, AWS, and Generative AI, and are constantly looking to leverage modern technology to solve business problems. We are adopting a cloud strategy and are in the initial stages of building and migrating our applications.

  • Contribute to the design, development, and support of digitally advanced financial products by collaborating with globally distributed, cross-functional teams
