The Senior Software Developer works with both IT and business partners to deliver high-quality, well-tested database applications that meet the company's needs. Candidates will have a history of delivering database-centric applications that scale to business needs. Translates business requirements into functional database processes and works with database administrators to ensure optimal performance of database integrations. This position requires strong coding skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience

  • 6+ years of software development experience using C# and .NET.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting MLM, direct-selling, or network marketing compensation systems.
  • Experience with high-volume financial transaction processing systems.

Technical Skills
