Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our strategic relationship with Apple. This role requires a mix of client relationship management, sales growth, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Apple, ensuring alignment with their business priorities and driving revenue growth through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Apple client relationship: Act as the trusted partner for Apple, managing day-to-day communication and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and execute account plans: Build and implement a comprehensive sales/account strategy tailored to Apple's business objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive new opportunities, upselling and cross-selling solutions/services, and ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Track opportunities through CRM, provide accurate forecasting, and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure Apple receives best-in-class service and solutions.
  • Market & Competitive Insights: Stay updated on Apple's ecosystem, competitors, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Client Success: Ensure customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and drive long-term partnership value.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ Years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably managing large/strategic global accounts.
  • Understanding of Apple's ecosystem is a must
  • Revenue growth and quota attainment from Apple account.
  • Depth of relationship across Apple stakeholders (operational and executive levels).
  • Expansion into new Apple business units, geographies, or product lines.
  • Accurate forecasting and healthy pipeline management.
  • Customer satisfaction scores and retention.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas with Fortune 500 clients.
  • Experience in technology, IT services, or digital solutions sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build executive-level relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
