Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Sales Account Manager to join our on-site team in Houston, TX. This is a full-time role that involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to address their logistics needs and deliver high-quality transportation solutions. A commitment to providing excellent customer service and the ability to communicate effectively are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively address client needs and exceed expectations
  • Account Management experience, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interaction with clients and team members
  • Prior experience in logistics or transportation management is a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field is preferred
