Missions :
The recruiter supports high-volume hiring during peak business periods. This role is responsible for attracting, screening and interviewing for a variety of hospitality positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experience.
Profile :
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for seasonal and permanent hospitality positions based on business needs.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, employee referrals, and community partnerships.
  • Review applications and screenings via phone calls, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate hiring events, open interviews, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
  • Schedule interviews and facilitate candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks and support background check processes.
  • Provide support with offer letters and employment documentation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within our systems.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and hiring volume.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity practices.
  • Help create memorable first impressions by supporting onboarding and orientation experiences.

What you bring :
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role in a high-volume hiring environment.
  • Experienced in full-cycle recruiting within high-volume environments, handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience in hospitality, luxury, resort or hotel settings.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional presentation with a guest-centric mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ATS.
