THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE IN WEST PALM BEACH, FL

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR amp; Recruiting Coordinator to support daily Human Resources operations. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, training, performance management, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinate employee training and maintain training records.
  • Provide HR support regarding benefits, leave, compensation, and policies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HRIS records.
  • Coordinate quarterly and annual performance reviews.
  • Track employee certifications, training, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with benefits administration and HR reporting.
  • Ensure employee records meet The Joint Commission requirements.
  • Support compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Address employee questions and concerns professionally.
  • Perform general HR administrative duties and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous HR or administrative experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
