This position is a key member of the Project Management Team, reporting to a Project Manager. As an Associate Project Manager, you will support project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows and events. You will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, and team efforts to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Team to understand and capture the project requirements.
  • Work with all departments to ensure we are creating the best product possible for our clients.
  • Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure the project stays on track to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure that all products and services produced meet our high-quality standards.
  • Work with project manager(s) to maintain, control and monitor the project costs to ensure it stays on budget.
  • Proper communication with all team members.
  • Capture, assign and manage all project tasks.
  • Learn and follow the project process, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with post show reviews, facilitating data collection, scheduling meetings and facilitating the collection of information, capturing and distributing action items to various teams for quality improvements.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong organizational, planning, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of urgency to obtain results
  • Strong attention to detail, produces accurate work and can manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of completion
  • Collaborative team player who works well with others to achieve common objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate difficult /sensitive information tactfully and accept constructive criticism
  • Familiarity with vendor management
  • Proficient with PM software

The pay range for this role is:
