Key Responsibilities:
• Provide project and program support to functional teams and business processes.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, milestones, and overall project status.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of project guidelines, procedures, and operational processes.
• Gather, compile, analyze, and maintain project-related information and reports.
• Provide technical and administrative support including documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking, and coding activities.
• Support program and system training initiatives for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate updates to project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to management.
• Support special projects and non-routine administrative assignments.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to junior team members as needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts to obtain and share project information.
