Job Responsibilities:

·        Serving as a single point of contact to customers after a project becomes an order

·        Developing, tracking, and updating multiple project schedules in a fast-paced environment

·        Coordinating field measurements, finish details, and site readiness documentation, integrating with Wenger’s manufacturing schedule

·        Communicating all project changes and resolution with appropriate Wenger Corporation team members

·        Interacting in a professional manner with all designers, engineers, production personnel, contractors, or customers involved with the same or related projects in cross functional team environment

·        Coordination with the internal project team (engineering, manufacturing and installation) for the planning and execution of the projects

·        Coordinating submittals of documents including drawing coordination, product sample submittal and others as required

·        Site readiness coordination with contractor and other trades

·        Developing, tracking, updating and reporting on the contract schedule of values

·        Executing activities in order to achieve scope of bid and contract documents.

Requirements:

• Associate degree and/or 2 years of experience in Project Management
