Job Summary
The Assistant/Associate Professor position in the School of Management in the Sorrell College of Business is a full-time, tenure-track faculty position with a ten-month appointment to begin August 1, 2026 depending on candidate availability and/or department need. This position is responsible for teaching human resource management and/or management courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level; providing instruction in face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online formats; conducting academic research in line with AACSB expectations; advising students; and providing service to the Department, College, University, and community.

Doctoral degree in human resource management, management, or a related field from an AACSB accredited university (ABDs within one year of completion will be considered).
Preferred Qualifications
