Job description

Job Summary:
Molex is a leading supplier of connectors and interconnect components, and they are seeking a Global Product Line Manager to lead the strategy and performance of a portfolio of copper-based interconnect solutions. This role involves owning the global product line strategy, driving the product lifecycle, and aligning product strategy with customer applications in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
• Own and drive the global product line strategy and roadmap for copper-led enterprise connectivity solutions, with supporting fiber applications
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization and end-of-life
• Define and execute NPI strategy, partnering closely with engineering to deliver application-driven solutions
• Translate voice of customer and field insights into product requirements
• Own portfolio performance, growth, margin, and profitability
• Develop and execute pricing strategy and support key customer engagements
• Partner directly with Sales and customers across enterprise buildings, structured cabling, and commercial data centers
• Evaluate competitive dynamics and position Molex solutions around reliability, ease of deployment, and total cost of ownership
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and supply chain to execute effectively
• Lead continuous improvement across cost, quality, and portfolio optimization
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience in product management or product line leadership within connectivity, structured cabling, or related infrastructure markets
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect strategy to results
• Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable product strategies
• Experience working cross-functionally in technical environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred:
• Experience owning a global product portfolio with P&L accountability
• Experience with copper interconnects or structured cabling systems (highly preferred), with exposure to fiber optic solutions as a complementary capability
• Familiarity with enterprise building infrastructure or commercial data center environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
