As we continue to expand our portfolio and support global customers, we are seeking a Product Line Manager to drive operational and financial performance across key product families. This role reports to the General Manager of Power BU under ACPG and will be responsible for supporting product line growth, profitability, capacity planning, and cost optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to ensure products are positioned for long-term success while meeting customer and business objectives.

This role is based in our Valley Green site (Goldsboro, Pennsylvania) and open to remote working in U.S

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Capacity Planning & Demand Management

  • Partner with Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to develop and maintain product forecasts.
  • Analyze demand trends and capacity constraints to ensure alignment between customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.

  • Identify risks related to material availability, production capacity, and demand fluctuations and develop mitigation plans.

  • Support sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.

Cost & Margin Management

  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through value engineering, sourcing optimization, manufacturing improvements, and product design changes.

  • Analyze product cost structures and identify opportunities to improve gross margin.

  • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to execute margin enhancement projects.

  • Monitor product profitability and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • 7-10 years of experience in product management, product line management, operations, supply chain, or business management within a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience working in high-speed interconnect, cable solutions, or related industry preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in demand planning, capacity planning, forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain operations.

  • Strong understanding of product costing, pricing, gross margin analysis, and financial performance metrics.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving operational improvements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
