As we continue to expand our portfolio and support global customers, we are seeking a Product Line Manager to drive operational and financial performance across key product families. This role reports to the General Manager of Power BU under ACPG and will be responsible for supporting product line growth, profitability, capacity planning, and cost optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to ensure products are positioned for long-term success while meeting customer and business objectives.
This role is based in our Valley Green site (Goldsboro, Pennsylvania) and open to remote working in U.S
Capacity Planning & Demand Management
- Partner with Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to develop and maintain product forecasts.
Drive cost reduction initiatives through value engineering, sourcing optimization, manufacturing improvements, and product design changes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in product management, product line management, operations, supply chain, or business management within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience in demand planning, capacity planning, forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of product costing, pricing, gross margin analysis, and financial performance metrics.
