Description:                                    Associate Principal
Job Summary:                                The ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL serves as a senior building leader for the campus. This role provides comprehensive leadership across instruction, staff supervision, 

                                                         student experience, and operations to ensure a strong transition into high school. The Associate Principal collaborates closely with the Principal, central office leaders, 

                                                         staff, families, and community partners to advance district and building goals while maintaining strict confidentiality, providing world-class customer service, answering all 

                                                         emails in a timely manner, and completing all Safe Schools training in a timely manner.
Qualifications:                               Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field preferred 

                                                        Valid Ohio Department of Education Administrative or Principal License 

                                                        Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of successful teaching and/or administrative experience 

                                                        Demonstrated leadership experience in a secondary setting preferred

                                                        Valid driver's license
Working Conditions:                    8 hours per day, 5 days per week and 260 days per year based on a school year calendar, 1 FTE.
