Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our law firm. In this role, you will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and update and maintain files. You will gain experience and have the opportunity to learn from more experienced attorneys. This position is ideal for someone seeking to develop and grow in their law career.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research
  • Prepare for and attend legal proceedings
  • Provide legal counsel in conjunction with senior associates
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients

Qualifications
