Job description

The Senior Manager, Marriott Media Network Analytics is a key contributor within Marriott's Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI organization, responsible for delivering insights that optimize media performance and drive strategic decision-making for Marriott's media network. This role focuses on analyzing advertising effectiveness, audience engagement, and monetization trends to enable data-driven decisions that enhance campaign outcomes and business impact. 

Working closely with media leadership and cross-functional teams, the Senior Manager conducts targeted analyses, designs measurement methodologies, and translates complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. By leveraging curated data assets and advanced analytics techniques, this position ensures media strategies are grounded in robust insights and aligned with enterprise priorities. The Senior Manager combines strong technical expertise in digital marketing analytics with business acumen and exceptional communication skills to influence decisions and maximize the value of Marriott's media network. 

Requirements & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, marketing or related discipline. 
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics or business performance roles. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data from dashboards and curated assets. 
  • Ability to conduct ad hoc analyses and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations. 
  • Understanding of media network monetization models and advertising performance metrics preferred. 
  • Experience analyzing audience, audience engagement and campaign effectiveness across digital platforms preferred. 
  • Proven experience managing large scale A/B testing and experimentation programs,  
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, MMM, and optimization methodologies 
  • Experience working across web, email, and digital marketing channels (Meta, programmatic, TV, etc.) as well as foot print. 
  • Agency media background preferred. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Conduct A/B testing and implement additional experimental methodologies across owned and offsite digital channels. 
  • Analyze channel, audience data to uncover trends and support strategic decisions across business units. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in a global environment. 
  • Governance standards, workflows, and best-practice guidelines 
  • Conduct targeted analyses to address business questions and inform operational improvements. 
  • Translate findings into insights and recommendations for business partners. 
  • Support KPI definition, customer health analysis, and performance tracking. 
  • Execute analytics projects that deliver insights to support business decisions within a defined area. 
  • Review curated data and dashboards to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers. 
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to address emerging business questions and opportunities. 
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with business partners to define analytical needs and priorities. 
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in analyses and reporting. 
  • Communicate insights effectively through presentations and executive-ready summaries. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on business impact. 
  • Support development of KPI frameworks and measurement methodologies. 
  • Prepare and present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling format. 
  • Data & Technology: Utilize tools like SQL (a must), Tableau, and clean-room environments to manage data integration and privacy-safe measurement.
