Job description

CKE Restaurants, Inc. (CKE), through its subsidiaries, franchisees and licensees, operates some of the most popular U.S. regional brands in quick-service and fast-casual dining, including the Carls Jr., Hardees, and Green Burrito restaurant brands.
This position reports to the Director of Shared Services. The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for a multi-entity high volume accounts payable department with a staff of 25 including two supervisors. This position will manage workflow, review work, resolve issues, provide feedback, mentor and coach. The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for ensuring the company's expenses and disbursements are properly recorded and made in a timely and accurate manner. This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment. In addition to day to day activities, the Accounts Payable Manager will participate in Finance and Accounting projects.
Qualifications
· 5+ years managerial experience in a medium to large publicly traded company
· 5+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
· Peoplesoft experience or other equivalent ERP system
· Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skill
· Effective leadership and decision making skills
· Proficient in MS Office including Excel
· SOX Compliance experience
