Job Description Accounting Associate Our FinTech client is currently seeking an Accounting Associate to join our growing global accounting team. This role will report directly to the Accounting Senior Manager and support day-to-day corporate accounting activities, month-end close processes, and financial analysis. The Accounting Associate will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of accounting functions and contribute to process improvements that support our scaling business.

Responsibilities Assist with month-end close processes, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and transaction review across corporate accounting areas Support preparation of financial statements and analysis for management review Help maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with corporate policies and US GAAP Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and operational issues Participate in accounting process improvement initiatives, including automation and workflow enhancements Assist with audit preparation and coordinate information requests from external auditors and tax advisors Support ad hoc projects, reporting, and analysis as assigned Requirements 1-3 years of accounting experience, including internships or prior corporate accounting roles, or Public Accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 or a large Regional Firm Financial Services and/or Capital Markets experience required Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required CPA in progress or intention to pursue preferred Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus) and strong Excel skills Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial work Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Positive, collaborative attitude and adaptability to evolving business needs Why Join: This is a unique opportunity to learn from experienced accounting leaders while contributing to the growth and operational excellence of a fast-moving global company.
