Job description

Johnson Service Group is seeking an Accounting Associate in Orange County, CA.

This is a hybrid position. Monday to Thursday in the office, Friday's remote.
Monday-Friday 8 am- 5:00 pm
Pay rate: $30.00 per hour DOE

Required Skills:

  • Daily in and out cash transactions reporting
  • Data validation
  • Assisting with month-end close reporting
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles
  • Demonstrated integrity and a collaborative team mindset

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with insurance products such as vehicle service contracts or GAP insurance
  • Prior experience in audit support and financial statement preparation

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
