Job description

This position prepares monthly journal entries and assists with month end close. The accounting coordinator reconciles general ledger and balance sheet accounts, and accumulates monthly statistics. They are responsible for assisting in processing invoices for payment, processing refunds, processing monthly invoices, and maintaining purchase orders. This position assists in processing payroll and accounts payable checks, preparing and processing all monthly, quarterly, and year end functions, and with annual audit.

Must have High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid drivers' license, and a minimum of 1 year of accounting or related experience. Associates Degree in Accounting or related field and CPA certification preferred.
