Job Description Summary
Demonstrate skill, knowledge and abilities in the teaching discipline. Teach assigned courses in a variety of times and locations in response to institutional need. Courses may include face to face courses, online courses, and/or dual-credit college classes.
Make continuous efforts to advance the quality of instruction. Develop and use a variety of teaching methods to assist students who have differing educational and experiential backgrounds in meeting the course outcomes.
Maintain appropriate professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business with a major in Accounting ***OR*** Associate in Applied Science in Accounting and related licensures/certification.
Three (3) years demonstrated competencies in work experience.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Excellent written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Accounting or Master's degree with 18 hours of graduate accounting classes.
