We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist in financial reporting, and ensure accuracy in financial documentation. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

-Assist with daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries

-Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments

-Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts

-Support month-end and year-end closing processes

-Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

-Assist in preparing financial reports and statements

-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper cost allocations

-Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial data

-Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

-Assist with tax audits and tax returns

-Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

-Participate in ad hoc special projects for the team as needed

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
