The Director partners with senior leaders to manage risks, evaluate outcomes, and ensure continuous advancement of business strategies.   • Provide strategic direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective program plans. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize, scope, and execute enterprise-wide projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
