Overview

We are seeking an Associate Director, Program Management to join our team! 

This role will be responsible for end-to-end project and campaign management of CRM and email marketing initiatives that improve our clients' relationships with their customers by working at the intersection of Customer Engagement, Business, Technology, Big Data, and Content. 

The Associate Director, Program Management position leads small to medium size engagements with growing complexity for a client, or portfolio of projects acrossmultiple clients. You will be deeply involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day execution, coordinating across teams and stakeholders to ensure that CRM and email campaigns are delivered flawlessly while optimizing for performance and business impact and actively contributing to campaign development, QA, testing, and performance optimization. 

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end project management of CRM and email marketing initiatives, including requirements gathering, cross-team prioritization, timeline management, and ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery. 
  • Coordinate requirements across teams to ensure a clear campaign vision for teams to execute on.
  • Lead the strategic and creative development, QA, testing, and deployment of email campaigns including driving segmentation, targeting, personalization, and journey orchestration to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, analyze results, and implement optimization strategies. 
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability) and deliver actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and continuously improve campaign quality and effectiveness. 
  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and tech teams to translate marketing goals into compelling email experiences. 
Qualifications
  • Project management experience including in a digital or marketing agency.
  • Demonstrated experience working with marketing, product, data & analytics teams, along with leading MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Epsilon and more.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end management of medium-sized, complex CRM and digital programs for a client or multiple clients.  
  • Demonstrated expertise in email development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with a distributed delivery model, leading diverse teams, and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment for end-to-end engagements. 
  • Effective systems thinking skills and ability to identify interconnectivity across multiple streams of work. 
  • Demonstrated experience navigating a large organization, showcasing the ability to influence with storytelling and data. 
  • Effective leadership, analytical skills, and negotiation skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills.

Compensation Range: $110,580 - $151,300 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
