The Bickelhaupt Arboretum Education & Events Center Associate Director position is a full‑time role, seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the center's educational programming and event services. This includes generating revenue through programs and rentals, cultivating a diverse calendar of events, managing relationships with vendors and clients, and developing enriching educational experiences for lifelong learners of all ages. This role is full‑time and includes the availability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate of Arts degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, program development, or a similar role is required
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals
