Job description

The Facilities Manager at Axis on Futrall will lead the property’s maintenance operations, ensuring all physical aspects of the community are maintained to the highest standard. This role oversees the maintenance team, manages preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, and coordinates Turn and capital project execution to enhance resident satisfaction and asset performance.
