Overview:


The position will be responsible for multiple digital product launches as part of a larger digital transformation campaign. Prior expertise in working with third party/platform providers to customize cloud solutions, integrate into a broader business and technical architecture and envision/launch the product to hundreds of companies is sought. The role will act as project manager and product 'owner' through the development and launch phases and transition to a success manager and team after launch.
This is both a technical role (requiring a strong understanding of current cloud based platforms, integration process and tools, and technical architecture) and a product/project launch expert. The successful candidate will be comfortable in executive level meetings leading product planning and launch discussions, working with project teams (internal and third party) in a technical capacity to understand the state of configurations, testing and readiness activities, and ensuring the project/product supporting materials is kept current and aligned with a corporate PMO. Attention to detail, risk management and resolution expertise, and ability to effectively communicate the state of the project/product efforts are all important skills.
The position will be based in Chicago, IL and require occasional visits to corporate headquarters in Neenah, Wisconsin (on average 3-5 days a month), as well as to vendors/supplier partners both in San Francisco and on the East Coast US. Extensive experience as a Product/Program Management with a heavy hiring emphasis placed on successful prior product launch capabilities.



Qualifications

4 year bachelor's degree in a relevant field (technology, business, computer science preferred).
Minimum of 8+ years professional / technology projects experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or SmartSheets, Google Drive and MS Office products for content and collaboration sake.
Effective communications skills (inter-personal and digital).
Compelling project leadership style and ability to convey a product/launch vision.
PMP certification would be a plus though not required
Adkar/Change Leadership expertise would be a bonus
