We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives on autonomy and is ready to take full ownership of their domain within the Blua digital health portfolio. As the driving force behind your squad, you'll have the independence to shape your strategy, make key decisions, and deliver impactful solutions, while collaborating with passionate and talented colleagues. You will always have the support of experienced senior product people, including your Head of Product.

You'll possess a strong product management background, particularly in healthcare, as we look to build out the next generation in digital health.

  • Define the Direction: Develop a compelling vision, strategy and roadmap for your domain to deliver solutions that address long-standing issues like accessibility and delays in care.
  • Lead with Impact: Inspire and guide a cross-functional agile team to create innovative digital products that improve healthcare outcomes and provide excellent user experiences.
  • Own Your Domain: Take full ownership of a key domain within the Blua digital health portfolio, operating with autonomy to shape the product's future.
  • Bridge Business and Clinical Expertise with Technology: Collaborate with Bupa's business and clinical teams to ensure products are rooted in business/commercial value and patient health outcomes.
  • Deliver Customer-Centric Solutions: Champion the customer's voice, identifying pain points and creating solutions that help users access faster and better care while staying well for longer.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate the roadmap, progress and key metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Working: Work closely with other Product people, Design, Engineering and Delivery to deliver first-class solutions and manage dependencies across squads.
