Job Description

The Lead Digital Product Manager is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of two or more products in Allstate's growing product portfolio. Lead Digital Product Manager manages strategic product vision, product discovery and roadmaps to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by their product. Lead Digital Product Manager also collaborates with a Product Marketing Manager to plan and execute an integrated marketing plan to support market awareness and adoption for their product, as applicable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Independent Agent (IA) and Specialty Vehicle (SV) capabilities on C3, with a focus on Sales experiences, while supporting service experiences and progressing on the migration of legacy products, processes, and systems to modern platforms.

  • Drive delivery across multiple cross-functional product teams, partnering with Product, Distribution, Operations, and Experience Design to prioritize capabilities such as agent enablement, white labeling, comp rater integrations, AMS integrations, and customer migration readiness.

  • Serve as a player-coach and strategic leader, influencing enterprise decisions, mentoring Digital Product Managers, and navigating complex tradeoffs across product, platform, channel, and migration initiatives to deliver long-term business value.

  • Invest significant time with current and potential customers to understand their needs & habits and to elicit their feedback to potential product concepts and/or released product iterations.

  • Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate concepts as appropriate for backlog investments.

  • Define and manage KPIs to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy.

  • Create, drive and execute holistic product strategy (i.e. not limited to software development) for 2 or more products in our growing digital product portfolio.

  • Lead development and recommendation of new techniques and processes to support innovative solutions

  • Coach and mentor members of the team as well as members of the cross-functional development organization

  • Partner with stakeholders inside and outside of the enterprise, and present to field teams and at events as the "product expert" for your defined product area.

  • Make build, buy and/or partner decisions to advance product strategy and maximize KPIs

  • Monitor budgets and operational effectiveness; develop strategies for adjusted courses of action

  • Weigh alternatives and considers service and business implications of decisions

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 134,000.00 - 209,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
