Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Associate to join our Digital Infrastructure team. You will act as the "engine" of the deal team, executing complex M&A transactions and capital raises for clients across the fiber, data center, and tower sectors. This role requires a blend of advanced financial modeling and the ability to mentor junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution: Lead the preparation of marketing materials, including Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and management presentations.

  • Financial Analysis: Oversee and review complex three-statement financial models, dynamic accretion/dilution analysis, and specialized infrastructure valuation metrics (e.g., fiber-to-the-home penetration curves).

  • Due Diligence: Manage the data room process and coordinate with third-party advisors (legal, accounting, technical) to ensure seamless execution.

  • Mentorship: Directly supervise Analysts, ensuring accuracy in all deliverables and fostering their professional development.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of Investment Banking experience (or 1+ years as an Associate following an MBA).

  • Deep proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with infrastructure-specific modeling is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of the digital infrastructure landscape and current market trends.
