Job description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Digital & Payment Specialist to join our team in Quincy, IL. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for digital and payment operations. You'll play a key role in supporting our card services and money movement functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and process debit card disputes in accordance with Regulation E and VISA rules
  • Support ACH and wire transfer operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Assist with money movement activities across various banking platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service workflows
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and disputes
  • Stay current on relevant banking regulations and internal policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of initiative, drive, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computer systems and digital tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment
  • Familiarity with digital banking platforms, ACH, wires, and card services
