The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
The HCP Omnichannel Marketing Content Strategist will be accountable for designing customer-centric content strategies that support personalized omnichannel engagement for HCPs. This role partners closely with personal promotion team, clinical, medical affairs, field teams, analytics and creative partners to develop content that aligns with customer journeys and business priorities. Rather than creating standalone marketing materials, this role ensures the right content is delivered to the right HCP through right channel activation.

What You'll Work On
  • Develop and execute HCP digital content strategies that support omnichannel marketing initiatives across CRM, website, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to plan and develop compelling clinical content that translates scientific evidence into engaging, customer centric storytelling for HCPs
  • Develop and manage peer to peer engagement content, including KOL perspectives, case studies, clinical discussions, webinar, or other educational content.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to build healthcare influencer and thought leader content strategies that amplify clinical education and HCP engagement
  • Lead the planning and partner with channel team to create digital assets, including videos, infographics, organic social or long form content, emails, web, and educational resources that align with omnichannel initiatives.
  • Evaluate content performance using engagement metrics and customer insights and recommend content enhancements to improve HCP engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, content formats, AI-enabled capabilities and evolving HCP engagement best practices.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree with at least 3-5 years related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing communication, digital marketing or omnichannel marketing
  • Experience with customer journey building, content/messaging development, digital channel management, asset production
  • Experience with Marketing Communication and how to turn insights into storytelling and scale it through different channels
  • Marketing experience in medical products or services
  • Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and stakeholders, translating complex analytics into clear, compelling stories that drive action.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, MS Degree in Business
  • Understanding of omni channel orchestration, segmentation analysis, targeting, creative/messaging development
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Marketing Automation KPIs, creative A/B testing and on-going optimizations
