Content & Communications Manager

B2B Technology | Content, Messaging, and Digital Execution

At UNICOM Engineering, we help the world’s leading technology companies bring advanced infrastructure to life—from OEM system integration to highperformance and liquidcooled solutions supporting AI, edge, and data center environments.

We’re looking for a Content & Communications Manager who loves technology, enjoys writing, and wants real ownership of how a technical story is told across channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values collaboration, and feedback, and stays focused and resilient as priorities evolve.

This role sits at the center of our marketing team and works closely with engineering, sales, partners, and external agencies to ensure our content is accurate, compelling, and aligned to business goals.

This role is for you if you:

  • Genuinely enjoy writing and want it to be a core part of your role
  • Are curious about technology and comfortable learning complex concepts
  • Take ownership and work well independently, without needing constant direction
  • Stay organized and adaptable when managing multiple projects and inputs
  • Value feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What you’ll do:

  • Own and manage the content calendar, including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, videos, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal subjectmatter experts and external partners to develop highquality content that supports demand generation, partner marketing, and brand awareness
  • Ensure all content aligns with UNICOM Engineering’s voice, tone, and positioning, including immersion and liquid cooling capabilities
  • Manage website content, SEO, landing pages, and leadcapture experiences
  • Build and execute email and nurture campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Marketo
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors for creative, advertising, and video production
  • Track content and campaign performance and iterate to improve results
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining quality and followthrough

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in content, communications, or marketing roles (B2B tech preferred)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of digital content
  • Experience with CMS platforms, SEO, and marketing automation tools
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to prioritize independently
  • Comfort working crossfunctionally and sharing ideas and recommendations with leadership

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with partner marketing or MDF programs
  • Interest in infrastructure, AI, or emerging technologies
  • Experience working with agencies or distributed teams

Why UNICOM Engineering:

  • You’ll work with real technology solving real customer challenges
  • You’ll have autonomy, trust, and visibility into the impact of your work
  • You’ll collaborate with smart, supportive teammates across marketing, engineering, sales, and partners
  • We value people who take ownership, learn continuously, and stay resilient as challenges and priorities evolve

UNICOM Engineering is a strategic OEM integration partner with global operations in Plano, TX; Canton, MA; and Galway, Ireland. We are ISOcertified and known for our engineering depth, execution excellence, and customer focus.
