  • Take ownership of how the Club communicates, shaping both the member experience and brand perception.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to bring events, programming, and Club life to life through thoughtful, engaging content.

What You'll Do

  • Manager the Club's email platform, including scheduling, segmentation, and targeted communications for specific member groups (golf, racquet sports, wellness, dining, etc.)
  • Own and maintain the Club's master communications calendar, ensuring all events are promoted effectively and in advance.
  • Establish and manage communication workflows, timelines, and content standards across all departments.
  • Maintain and update website and app content, including menus, calendars, and event information.
  • Capture and coordinate photography and video context for events and Club initiatives.

  • Supervise and support the Communications Coordinator.
  • Track communication performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and participation.

What We're Looking For

  • Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills, strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tech: Experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems, and social media; Jonas experience is a plus.
  • Personality: A polished communicator who is proactive, collaborative, and confident in managing communication standards across departments.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and Club events.

Why Join Us?

  • A supportive, team-focused environment.
