Creation Technologies is seeking a strategic, business-minded Manager of Content & Brand Communications to elevate our global brand presence, strengthen thought leadership, and support revenue growth through high-impact storytelling and communications.
This role is responsible for shaping and executing Creation's external and internal narrative across vertical markets including Aerospace & Defense, Medical Technology, and Industrial Technology. The ideal candidate understands complex B2B manufacturing environments and can translate technical capabilities into compelling, differentiated messaging that supports both sales and employer brand growth.
This is a highly visible role that partners cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:


Brand & Messaging Strategy
Refine and operationalize Creation's value proposition and pillar messaging
Ensure consistent brand positioning across all external and internal channels
Partner with Sales to translate positioning into vertical-specific messaging
Maintain brand governance across global sites
Content & Thought Leadership
Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy aligned to revenue goals
Create high-value assets (case studies, white papers, executive POVs, vertical insights)
Elevate executive presence on LinkedIn and industry platforms
Support industry awards, speaking opportunities, and analyst positioning
External Communications & PR
Manage corporate communications calendar
Lead press releases, industry announcements, and site milestone communications
Coordinate with external PR agencies as needed
Protect and enhance corporate reputation
Internal Communications (in partnership with HR)
Support executive messaging and employee engagement initiatives
Align employer brand messaging with recruiting strategy
Assist with culture and recognition campaigns
Sales Enablement Support
Develop compelling sales collateral and presentations
Partner with Demand Gen to align messaging to campaigns
Create vertical-specific content to support business development

Qualifications


Minimum 10 years of B2B marketing or corporate communications experience
Experience in manufacturing, technology, or industrial sectors strongly preferred
Strong executive writing and storytelling ability
Demonstrated ability to translate technical information into market-facing messaging
Experience supporting multi-site or global organizations
Familiarity with LinkedIn thought leadership strategy
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred but not required
