Position Summary

The Office Associate Assistant plays a key role in supporting administrative and operational functions. This individual will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
  • Manage emails and office correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain client/staff records
  • Organize and maintain office files (digital and physical)
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members


Qualifications
