What You'll Do

As a Commercial Banking Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting both clients and Relationship Managers by ensuring a seamless banking experience and helping maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Commercial Relationship Managers with day-to-day client needs
  • Opening new business accounts and processing account maintenance requests
  • Coordinating client onboarding and documentation
  • Assisting with treasury management products and service implementation
  • Preparing and coordinating loan documentation and loan boarding activities
  • Processing wire requests and other client service transactions
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution
