Job description

The Accounting Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day accounting, reporting, invoicing, and administrative operations within a small team setting. This individual contributor position will focus on month-end close activities, customer invoicing, reconciliations, and maintaining reporting schedules while ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards. The analyst will also assist with operational processes and occasionally interact with external auditors and regulatory bodies, utilizing the Multi View financial system to prepare detailed financial reports and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analyses and identify trends to support decision-making
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial documentation
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports including balance sheet reconciliations for cash, fixed assets, inventory, loans, prepaid accounts, and OpEx/CapEx tracking
  • Support month-end close and billing processes
  • Monitor budgets and analyze variances
  • Review compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Assist with payroll, administrative support, and scheduling maintenance
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
  • Collaborate within a small team and occasionally interact with external auditors
