Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain performance standards and pursue goals, objectives, and activities that promote the mission, vision and value statement of the College.
• Coordinate and proctor approved assessments, including Locator, TABE, TABE CLAS-E, HiSET practice tests, and other approved institutional or program-related exams as assigned.
• Assist with scheduling individual and group testing appointments in coordination with students, instructors, staff, and outside agencies.
• Prepare testing materials, sign-in sheets, rosters, testing spaces, and related documentation in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain testing security and confidentiality of materials, records, and student information.
• Monitor testing sessions to ensure compliance with testing rules, procedures, and standards.
• Assist with make-up testing, post-testing, and retesting as directed.
• Help maintain a quiet, organized, and secure testing environment.
• Provide students with information regarding testing procedures, identification requirements, expectations, and next steps.
• Assist with approved testing accommodations and support procedures as directed.
• Collect and organize testing documentation for submission and timely score entry.
• Communicate testing schedules, concerns, irregularities, and student issues to the WorkReady U Data and Compliance Manager.
• Assist with inventory, organization, and secure storage of testing materials and supplies.
• Support backup proctors and assist with procedural consistency as needed.
• Foster, demonstrate, and actively participate in a culture of mutual respect for students, guests, and co-workers from all backgrounds, perspectives and abilities. Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and supervisors and utilize appropriate channels of communication within the college community concerning procedures and/or inquiries.
• Attend and participate in scheduled activities, which include graduation, open house/recruiting events as assigned, convocation, and required meetings. Share ideas and information, and work toward common department and College goals.
• Serve on college committees as a member or as chair. Serve on search committees.
• Participate in professional development activities that enhance effectiveness (convocation, LCTC conference, etc.).
• Represent the college in a manner that promotes a professional and positive image.
• Adhere to College and LCTC policies.
• Embrace college culture.
• Complete all required assignments prior to deadlines (Fletcher/LCTC trainings, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education: Associate degree.
Preferred Experience: Experience in testing, student services, office coordination, education or related administrative work.
