Job Overview

The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Manager in the daily operation and leadership of the spa. This role is highly hands‑on and guest‑facing, ensuring service standards are upheld, team members are supported, and operations run smoothly throughout each shift. The Assistant Spa Manager acts as Manager on Duty in the spa when needed and plays a key role in staff supervision, scheduling support, and guest experience execution.

This is a full‑time position with an annual salary of $90,000 per year.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support daily spa operations, ensuring all services and facilities meet brand and service standards
  • Act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts, overseeing flow, guest needs, and team performance
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and shift coverage adjustments
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are properly executed
  • Greet guests and ensure a warm, seamless spa experience
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating as needed
  • Support VIP guest experiences and special requests in coordination with leadership
  • Monitor guest feedback and assist in implementing service improvements
  • Supervise spa reception, attendants, and therapists during service
  • Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching of new team members
  • Reinforce service standards, grooming, and professionalism
  • Support performance documentation and corrective action as directed
  • Assist with inventory tracking, supply ordering, and retail restocking
  • Support daily reporting, booking oversight, and revenue tracking
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and operational procedures
  • Communicate operational updates to Spa Manager and cross‑functional partners
Qualifications Desired
