Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Club Manager, you will assist the manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. Your responsibilities will include managing memberships and personnel, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the facilities are operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is a positive, motivating leader with a passion for health and fitness. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in maintaining the spa's operational budget
  • Assist with marketing efforts and promotions
  • Assist with membership sales and promotions
  • Build relationships with vendors
  • Ensure all spa systems and procedures are followed
  • Assist with hiring and training staff

  • Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Previous management experience is preferred but not required
  • Basic understanding of budgets, profit and loss, and revenue
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong customer service skills
