The Assistant Spa Manager is a key leadership position within a luxury spa environment, charged with supporting the Spa Manager in overseeing all facets of daily operations. With a strong emphasis on driving retail sales, the Assistant Spa Manager leads and develops a team of client advisors and retail staff, ensuring that both individual and collective goals are consistently achieved.

In addition to sales leadership, the Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for creating a welcoming, high-end atmosphere for guests, providing attentive service, and resolving any concerns with professionalism and discretion. They proactively develop and implement strategic merchandising and promotional initiatives, working closely with the Spa Manager to analyze sales performance data and identify new opportunities for growth.
