Job description

Responsibilities: 

  1. Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by promoting the Purpose and Values Model throughout all areas of responsibility. Handles and resolves guest complaints and concerns.
  2. Builds repeat customer business and loyalty through direct guest interaction, soliciting feedback, and troubleshooting customer complaints.
  3. Monitors the condition of the spa and reports any problems to maintenance or the Spa Manager.
  4. Places and receives telephone communications and makes reservations.
  5. Keeps front desk stocked with supplies and places orders.
  6. Responsible for cash handling and balancing cash bank.
  7. Adhere to supervisory responsibilities, including:

    • Oversee the daily operations when the Spa Manager is not present.
    • Assist in scheduling employee shifts to ensure spa coverage.

    • Assist Spa Manager in interviewing and hiring team members.

    • Responsible for training employees.

  8. Regular attendance required.
  9. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Target Salary Range: 

  •  $21.00 per hour
