Now Hiring: Pool Technician | The Grandview Resort

Are you experienced in pool maintenance and passionate about safety and quality? Do you take pride in keeping pools and spas operating at their best? Join our Resort Operations team as a Pool Technician and play a critical role in delivering a safe, clean, and enjoyable water experience for our guests.

As a Pool Technician, youll be responsible for maintaining resort pools, spas, and water features while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Your expertise will directly impact guest satisfaction and overall resort operations.

Location:9940 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89183

Pay Rate: $20-$23/hr


What Youll Do:

  • Perform daily inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of pools, spas, and water features
  • Test and balance water chemistry, including chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and calcium levels
  • Maintain accurate logs of water testing, chemical usage, and maintenance activities
  • Operate, inspect, and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
  • Identify safety concerns or equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed
  • Ensure all pool areas meet health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Respond promptly and professionally to pool-related guest concerns or incidents
  • Assist with pool openings, closures, and seasonal maintenance
  • Follow all safety protocols and resort policies
  • Collaborate with maintenance, housekeeping, and resort operations teams
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What Were Looking For:

  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required
  • Previous experience as a Pool Technician or similar role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of pool systems, equipment, and water chemistry
  • Familiarity with local and state health department regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
