Job description

Position Summary
As a LifeSpa Lead Coordinator you will partner with the Spa Manager to ensure the LifeSpa Coordinator Team provides exceptional guest service at the front desk. You will also assist with administrative duties and serve as the leadership point of contact when the Spa Manager is not available.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answers incoming calls, listens to our guests' needs to schedule appointments or give service recommendations, and collects payment for services
  • Cleans and stocks shelves as necessary when products are low, or retail product order is delivered
  • Drives service and retail awareness through individual and LifeSpa designed promotions
  • Leads, develops, and oversees the LifeSpa Coordinator team
  • Creates the coordinator monthly schedules to manage to the front desk payroll budget
  • Assists the Spa Manager with documenting Guest Challenges (Listen, Empathize, Apologize, Fix/Follow Up) and works with Spa Manager to resolve guest challenges
  • Assists the Spa Manager to ensure guests are pre-booked 40% of the time or more per day
  • Achieves 100% or more of monthly retail goal
  • Educates coordinators on daily revenue needs and sets goals based on cross sales needed
  • Serves as a positive role model to all team members to create a happy work environment

Position Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of leadership, customer service/receptionist experience in the salon and spa or retail industry
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week

Preferred Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a LifeSpa Coordinator

Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.25 and pays up to $17.00, based on experience and qualifications.
