The Spa Manager is responsible for driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals; hiring, training, and leading a team of consultants. Delivering exceptional customer consultations on wellness services and skincare products. While keeping a positive and productive team culture.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
  • Hiring and training your team of consultants
  • Ongoing team training
  • Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, spa and beauty products
  • Ensuring all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
  • Maintaining a clean and organized spa
  • Opening/closing business
  • Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Leadership/Management experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation
  • Physical Demands
    • Lift up to 20 pounds
    • Reach above shoulder level
    • Bend at the waist
    • Stand and walk for long periods of time
Working Conditions
