You'll partner with the Spa Manager to lead a high-performing team, support daily operations, and help create a positive, energetic culture where both team members and guests thrive.

What You'll Do
  • Help lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, successful spa
  • Coach, develop, and motivate a team of Spa Associates to achieve sales and service goals
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
  • Support membership growth and retail sales through confident coaching and leadership
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, reporting, and administrative responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth daily operations while resolving guest and team concerns professionally
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and positive spa environment
  • Partner with the Spa Manager to build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
