We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Zhen Day Spa & Beauty. Our spa is full service day day, offering a wide range of treatments and services to our valued clients. As the Spa Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including managing staff, schedules, payroll and budgets.
  • Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by ensuring an exceptional spa experience for all clients.
  • Hire, train, and motivate spa staff to provide excellent service and uphold company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spa products and supplies.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa and attract new clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement new treatments and services to meet the changing needs and preferences of clients.

Requirements:
  • License Massage Therapy or Cosmetologist.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in spa management or a similar role.
