What We Are Looking For:

Someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces while ensuring products, samples, and photoshoot logistics run smoothly.


Key Responsibilities


Sample Management

  • Assist in ordering, receiving, tracking, and organizing samples per season across multiple product categories
  • Prep and coordinate sample handoff across marketing, sales, and photography teams to always ensure shoot-ready product
  • Maintain accurate sample records and inventory logs to support go-to-market readiness and seasonal launches
  • Track and organize flat samples by style, colorway, and season to support ongoing shoot and merchandising needs
  • Return, store, or disposition samples post-shoot in an organized and timely manner


Photoshoot Support and Coordination

  • Assist in pre-production planning for monthly collection launches including pulling styles, coordinating with the merchandising team on embroidery, confirming run of show, and preparing call sheets
  • Help coordinate shoot schedules and communicate timelines across internal teams and external talent
  • Help support model logistics including booking and day-of communication
  • Support on-set operations including merchandising, styling, steaming, and keeping shoots on schedule
  • Assist with model fittings, wardrobe organization, and product transitions between shots
  • Work closely with photographers, stylists, models, and creative teams 
  • Ensure products arrive complete, clean, and photo-ready


Problem-Solving

  • Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to troubleshoot last-minute changes, missing samples, or scheduling conflicts 
  • Maintains composure under tight deadlines


Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams 
  • Proactive in identifying issues and communicating solutions


Organization & Project Management

  • Experience coordinating calendars, schedules, and project timelines
