Rite Rug has been one of the top flooring companies for over 90 years!  We are looking for a Samples and Merchandising Associate to join our growing team!  

$42,000 to $43,000 per year. 

Job Description 

  • Maintain store merchandise integrity.
  • Help create samples for in stock flooring 
  • Assist with arranging flooring materials.
  • Help move, set up, and tear down of retail displays at stores.
  • Maintain organized records of all merchandise shipments.
  • Organize retail locations.
  • Attend all required store meetings.
  • Travel to retail locations in Ohio; overnight travel will be less than 25%.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Exhibit commitment to safety in all work practices
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Forklift experience or willingness to learn
  • Operate power tools
  • Have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Exhibit effective communication skills
  • Be able to work independently
