As Assistant Store Manager, you are a key member of the store’s leadership team responsible for driving sales performance, developing talent, and delivering a consistently exceptional luxury retail experience. You partner with the Sr Assistant Sales Manager to execute strategy, inspire the team, and ensure the store exceeds both financial and experiential expectations.

You will:

Drive Revenue & Sales Performance

  • Partner with the Sr Assistant Sales Manager to achieve and exceed store sales goals
  • Lead from the floor by modeling best-in-class selling behaviors
  • Analyze daily performance metrics and coach the team to improve conversion, average ticket, and client engagement
  • Maintain a results-driven culture where strong selling behaviors are recognized and celebrated

Develop High-Performing Teams

  • Coach and mentor Sales Specialists through real-time feedback and structured development
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and professional growth
  • Inspire the team to consistently deliver high-energy, luxury-level service

Elevate the Client Experience

  • Ensure every guest receives a warm, engaging, and personalized experience
